    Ben Davidson, BA (joint hons), RMN, co-ordinates the User Employment Project at Springfield Hospital in Tooting, South London, UK, supporting the paid employment of people with a history of serious mental health problems in clinical posts within the Trust. He lives in a small community in East Dulwich, South East London with 6 friends and his 9 year-old son Jack, whose care he shares with Jack's mother who lives nearby. He is training as a group psychotherapist with the Institute of Group Analysis and his hobbies include paragliding, guitar and writing. See chapters1, 5, 9, 13, 15 and 25.
