Manos has worked with the Collaborative Support
Program, New Jersey for nine years. Currently he is Supervisor of Maintenance
for Butterfly Property Management which provides housing for people with an experience
of mental illness. He is also an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Medicine
and Dentistry, New Jersey, where he lectures in psychosocial rehabilitation. See
