Dean Bray, MA RGN RMN RNT ENB650 is employed as a Senior Lecturer at Homerton
College, Cambridge, UK. She lives with her family in a small village outside Cambridge.
She is currently registered for a part time PhD at Essex University, investigating
acute in-patient psychiatric nursing from both psychoanalytical and sociological
perspectives. She has an abiding interest in all aspects of groupwork, in particular
the effects of organisational dynamics on the individual in the workplace. See
