Richard
Lakeman BN, RCpN, is employed as a nursing lecturer
at the Eastern Institute of Technology, Taradale, New Zealand. He lives in the
city of Hastings with his partner Claire and two children, Amelia and Silvana.
His practice experience includes roles as group facilitator and staff nurse in
various psychiatric care facilities including day hospital, acute, intensive care
and continuing care units. He has as interest in how nurses can use the internet
to facilitate global communication and share resources. See
