Vic Novak is a teaching fellow at the University of Stirling, Department of Nursing, Highland Campus, Inverness. His interests are mental health, in particular the interpersonal aspects of nursing. His past experience as a charge nurse in an addiction unit led to an interest in group therapy and individual counselling. His leisure interests are golf and fishing. See chapter 24.
